I have never committed any crime or had a criminal record to date. During my stay in China. I have the obligation to understand and shall abide by the laws and decrees of the Chinese government, and will not participate in any activities deemed adverse to the social order in China and are inappropriate to my capacity as a student.
（3）在学习期间，我有义务了解并遵守学校的校纪校规，尊重学校的教学安排。
During my study in China, I have the obligation to understand and shall observe the rules and regulations of the university, will concentrate on my studies and researches, and will follow the teaching programs provided by the university.
（4）我保证在校学习期间遵守《中华人民共和国禁毒法》，积极参加学校组织的放毒拒毒教育，做到不吸毒、不贩毒、不制毒。在中国规定的毒品种类有：大麻、鸦片、海洛因、吗啡、可卡因、冰毒、摇头丸、杜冷丁、咖啡因、恰特草。如有违法行为，按中国法律接受法律制裁，根据《山东政法学院招收和培养国际学生管理办法》，按自动退学处理。
I promise to obey The Anti-drug Law of the People's Republic of China during my study and stay in China. I will take an active part in anti-drug education organized by the university. I will not take drugs, produce drugs and engage in drug trafficking. According the law in China, narcotic drugs include marijuana, opium, heroin, morphine, cocaine, methamphetamine, ecstasy, pethidine, caffeine and Catha edulis, and other narcotic and psychotropic substances that are addictive; they are all kept under control according to my knowledge. If I involve myself in any form of illegal act, I know I will be punished according to the law, and get expelled according to Shandong University of Political Science and Law Recruitment and Development Administrative Rules on International Students.
