非学历生提供以下1-6项；学历生提供以下1-9项。
1. 入学申请表;
2. 护照首页电子版（护照有效期必须大于学习截止时间半年以上）;
3. 白底照片电子版（3cm*4cm，格式为JPG或者JPEG，不能超过200KB）;
4. 外国人体格检查表（驻贵国的中国大使馆网站下载表格，6个月内有效）;
5. 无犯罪记录证明（公证件）;
6.入学承诺书;
7. 高中毕业证书或预毕业证明（公证件）;
8. 高中阶段全部课程成绩单（公证件）;
9. HSK4级证书及HSKK中级证书。
注：
ò 所有申请材料须以扫描件的形式上传，中文以外的材料须附翻译公司盖章的中文译文。申请人保证所有申请材料真实、准确。
ò 申请材料不完整者，将不予受理；必要时，会要求申请人提交补充材料。
ò 未满18周岁的申请人请提供监护人身份证明材料及监护人保证书。

Note:
ò All application materials must be uploaded in the form of scanned copies. Materials in languages other than Chinese must be accompanied by Chinese translations stamped by a translation company. Applicants must ensure that all application materials are true and accurate.
ò Incomplete application materials will not be accepted. If necessary, applicants may be required to submit supplementary materials.
ò Applicants under 18 years old are required to provide identification materials of their guardians and a guardian's guarantee letter.
